Below are some FAQs and a few simple guidelines for your stay.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Please email info@thewillowcatskill.com if you need to make special arrangements.

Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the motel rooms and anywhere on the property.

Pets Policy: Well-trained dogs are allowed in designated rooms. A $50 pet fee applies per pet.

Lost or Damaged Items: The Willow is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables locked in your room throughout the duration of your stay.

Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not provided. Please contact us if you would like your room cleaned. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Towels and Linens: Please help us conserve water by reusing towels when possible. Each room is supplied with two bath towels, two face towels, two hand towels, and one cosmetic cloth for makeup removal.

Parking: Complimentary parking is provided for registered guests. One car per reservation.

Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout property. 

Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exit routes and procedures posted on the wall next to the door of each room. In case of an emergency, dial 911.

Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in management requesting the guest to leave without refund.

Room Key / Self Check-in: If an attendant is not on site to give you the key to your room, lockbox code information will be provided for self check-in.

Refund Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to your reservation date are permitted. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

Environmental Conservation: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and electronic devices when not in use.
